How many days do I have to rent, at least?
The minimum rental is 3 days. A shorter period is still charged as 3 days.
How are rental days counted?
A day means 24 hours from your pick-up time. If you bring the car back more than 5 hours later than your pick-up time, another day is added. If you bring it back earlier, the price stays the same.
Is an online booking confirmed automatically?
No. Your request reaches us instantly, but the booking is only firm once a manager confirms availability by phone or email.
What documents do I need?
A valid driving license and an ID card or passport. The minimum age is 23, with at least 3 years of driving experience.
Is insurance included?
Third-party insurance is included in every rate. CASCO is optional, is chosen when booking and is added to the total for each day.
Do I pay anything in advance?
No. Booking online does not require any advance payment. You pay when you pick the car up, in cash or by card.
Do I get the deposit back?
Yes, in full, when you return the car, if there is no damage. The deposit is a guarantee, not a rental cost.
Can I take the car out of the country?
Yes, if you tell us when booking. 150 km per day are included, and extra kilometers cost 0.15 € each. We do not allow travel to Ukraine, Belarus or Russia.
Where do I pick the car up?
At Chisinau airport or in the city center. Airport delivery is available around the clock.
Which currency are the prices in?
Rates are in euro. On the site you can switch the display to lei or dollars, at the official BNM rate of the day.
